Return Policy

At Luke & Julie Windsor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered and received.
  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Trying on items is allowed, but they must not be worn.
  • Orders placed with the intention of returning part of them (e.g. ordering multiple sizes of the same item) are not permitted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@lukejuliewindsor.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. After your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, and approved based on the conditions above:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days
  • The refund will be processed via your original payment method

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
