- Shipping is free on every order to any address in Canada, with no minimum order amount.
- Every order is shipped with tracking. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

All orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
As a result:

- If the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer
